Question What is the best vinyl records shop in Houston, TX that sells mexican/tejano music?
It's been a while since i was looking at the records, the ones that are close to my town on eBay. Are there any places that sells mexican records?

Black Dog Records is Houstons best all around record store,having more clean vinyl than any of the other record stores in Houston. Question Anybody from Winnipeg or formally from Winnipeg know of a good record shop to buy vinyl records?
As well what's the difference between 33 1/3 and 45's. I know it stands for revolutions per minute. I mean quality wise what's the difference.

Best Answer Look up three used record shops in the Winnipeg directory: 1. Argy's 2. Records on Wheels 3. Into the Music The BEST place, however, might be the Flea Market that's held each weekend near the Disraeli Freeway in East Kildonan (dont ask me how to get there, sorry!) They have a kiosk there for Comic World which was the best place in Canada, as far as I am concerned, to buy used vinyl. If you talk to people at the first three places I listed, they will be able to tell you more about Comic World's kiosk at the flea market. Hope this helps.

Best Answer First, check with your local vinyl shops and collectors, they'd be the first to recommend a reputable shop in the area. A lot of the work can likely be done by yourself for next to nothing. For example if your records are just a little warped, lay them flat in the oven between 2 sheets of glass at LOW!!! temp until the warping goes away. Its best to practice this a few times with cheap records first.
